There's no need to be an international gymnast to participate in these sessions, far from it! Our online sessions are ideal for the everyday competitive gymnast looking to maintain a baseline level of fitness and flexibility whilst having fun throughout their training at home!
Exercises can be modified by the participant to make them easier or more challenging [We'll provide the directions on that.]
Our sessions are most suitable for:
- A minimum age of 8 years old
- Gymnasts who are already used to training a few times per week at their home club
- Gymnasts who are already participating in regular conditioning and flexibility activities
These sessions are NOT suitable for gymnasts who participate at recreational level and may not be ideal for international level athletes that require a more in depth programme.
