NR Gymnastics coaching staff will at times be available to assist the personal coaches and gymnasts on the apparatus. The personal coaches in attendance will assume regular responsibility for their athletes' training at all times.
It is the responsibility of the parents, chaperones or personal coaches to transport the gymnasts between the accommodation, gym and our evening meal on Tuesday night. This will help to minimise close contact between bodies.
In addition to transporting the athletes and staff via separate arrangements, we will be taking further steps to ensure a safe environment for all;
- Cleaning of apparatus between rotations/groups
- Maintaining and advising social distancing whilst in the gym
- Considering the flow of traffic and serving arrangements for meals provided at the gym
- Advising all attendees to notify staff of any potential symptoms they may be experiencing
- Opening up the available shutters to ensure great ventilation in the gym
NR Gymnastics camp staff will not be having close contact with attendees at the camp.
Meals are included within the cost of the camp booking. The following are arranged;
- Monday - Dinner only
- Tuesday - Lunch and Dinner (off site)
- Wednesday - Lunch only
Please ensure that a packed lunch is brought for Monday.
The postcode for Tuesday's evening meal at Frankie and Benny's is B16 8SP.
To help us pre-order food with our suppliers, we need all attendees to complete this form.
All dietary requirements related to allergies can be catered for.
A drink is provided with Tuesday's evening meal. Coaches wishing to purchase additional drinks must do so personally.
We encourage gymnasts and coaches to bring additional snacks with them in case they need further refuelling. We will however be enforcing a 'no nuts' rule [aside from traces within snacks.] Please do not bring products containing nuts into the gym space.
Staff and gymnasts are also encouraged to bring a water bottle to ensure they are hydrated throughout the camp.
